1. Terms
   By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Lead Time – Because of high demand for our products, lead time to ship your new Moss BBQ Grill has been extended to 6-8 weeks..
3. Rush Order Services – As a result of a high demand, lead time to build and ship your new Moss BBQ Grill has been extended to 6 Months. We are sorry if this is an inconveniently long wait for you. Our company has created a rush order service for all those who are willing to pay an additional cost to have delivered on a specific date.  Rush order fees are $300.00 dollars for all single barrel grills and $600.00 for all double barrel grills.  Lead time for all rush order fees 2 weeks.  We are working as hard as we can toward improving our delivery times during this difficult period. The lead time to ship a grill through ground freight during normal times is about 5-7 business days.
4. Use License
   
   1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Moss Grills’ web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Moss Grills’ website;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
      5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
   2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Moss Grills at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

   The materials appearing on Moss Grills’ web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Moss Grills does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Moss Grills may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Moss Grills does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

   Moss Grills has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Moss Grills of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

   Moss Grills may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
10. Governing Law
    Any claim relating to Moss Grills’ web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
11. Delivery schedule is not guaranteed
    Moss Grills does not guarantee delivers for any holidays, private parties or any upcoming schedule, events.  Unless, additional fees are paid to guarantee delivery for special event.
12. Terms of Sale
    All Moss Grills are built to order upon receipt of payment. Order cancellations are fully refundable within 7-calendar days upon receipt of payment. After 7-Calendar days all sales are final.  In the event that any damages occur during shipment.  Moss ‘Grills will resolve the issues and fix the damages or replace the parts at no additional cost to the consumer.  In the event that the consumer does not provide Moss Grills an opportunity to resolve any issues and cancel and return the product.  The consumer will be responsible to pay all shipment fees.  After the product has been returned.  A company check will be refunded with the remaining balance within 14 business days.

13. Order Cancellations

    CANCELLATIONS RETURN SHIPPING – Upon cancellations, you will be responsible for paying all to and from shipping fees for cancelling returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the remaining balance will be refunded after all shipping fees have been deducted.  The remaining balance will be mailed within 14 business days.

14. There are no refunds for our Layaway program sales
    Layaway purchases are excluded from refunds as they are final sales.
