Charcoal Pan

Charcoal Pan is used to capture the ashes at the bottom of the pan.

Some people call this a charcoal grill ash pan, or a charcoal catch pan. The Moss Grills Charcoal Pan can be added to any brand of 55 gallon drum smoker pit, as a new charcoal pan or a replacement charcoal pan.

The charcoal pan has a that the charcoals sit on, once the coals turn gray and burn out they drop between the expansion metal into the pan minimizing the need to clean coals from the bottom of the grill. Simply pull out the pan and discard the ashes.
