- Find a meaty nice size Brisket.
- Marinate overnight with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Fajita Seasoning.
- Light of a bag of Mesquite BBQ Charcoals after marinating your Brisket.
- Place the Brisket and all the juices into a aluminum pan.
- Cover pan with foil and smoke in the pan till the meat comes to a boil. It usually takes about 3 to 4 hours to tenderize a brisket in the pan.
- After you have finished boiling the Brisket, take it out of the pan and place the Brisket in a hot Moss Grills Pit. Add more fajita seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder.
- Cook until the Brisket has burnt edges and it’s tender and soft.
- Add your own barbecue sauce. I like to use a hickory smoke sauce.
- Remove the Brisket from the Moss Grills Pit and cut into slices.
- Enjoy your delicious Barbecue Brisket treat.
