How is my grill Shipped?
Your grill is shipped in three separate packages:

  • — Two 24″X24″X36″ boxes
  • — One 43″X36″X6″ boxes

The only part of the grill that needs assembled is the frame unit itself.

How are the grills shipped?
All of our grills are either packaged or shipped fully assembled. If the grill is packaged our single barrel grill is shipped in a special crate box for the framework and the barrels are shipped in a special crate prepackaged box. If the consumer does not want to assemble the grill the grill can be shipped fully assembled however, there is a much higher charge to ship the grill fully assembled due to height, weight, length of the grill itself.
Where do you ship grills to?
We have standard flat-rate shipping for all of the continental United States of America.
We also have many customers world wide. Every international orders has a unique cost to ship your grill to you.
This also includes shipping outside the continental US to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all US territories.

What is the normal lead time for a grill to be shipped from coast to coast?
Because of the Covid19 Pandemic, Supply Chain issues, lead time to build and ship your new Moss BBQ Grill has been extended to 14 weeks. We are sorry if this is an inconveniently long wait for you. We are working toward improving our delivery times during this difficult period. The lead time to ship a grill through ground freight during normal times is about 5-7 business days.
What is the gauge on the barrel grills?
The gage on the barrel grills normally is 20 gauge barrels, some consumers like a thicker gage barrel. Therefore, if the customer is looking for a thicker gage barrel the price will increase to purchase an 18 or 16 gage barrel. But our company does have access to thicker barrel grills.
Does the grill burn out at the bottom?
The grills has a bottom storage pan that sits in the bottom of the barrel grill therefore, the grill is designed to last for years without the worries of rust out or burning out the bottom of the grill due to heat and weather conditions. It is recommended to purchase a grill cover to protect the grill from rain snow and inclement weather.
Does the company send updates and photographs on the grill?
Once the grill is finalized our company will take several photos inside and outside shots to show our consumers that their product has been fully complete before packaging.
What is the warranty?
Moss Grills warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase by the consumer. This warranty is limited to the counter replacement at the time of purchase, with the original purchase receipt. Moss Grills will not be liable for the loss of damage of any kind, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Any part tampered or modified will void warranty. In the event of a mechanical defect of the grill caused by the shipping company. Moss Grills will file a damage claim for the consumer and be responsible for exchanging the damage item or any related parts at no cost to the consumer. Please note at the time of delivery & if damage is noticed after the merchandise delivered we have 3 days to notify the carrier or the claim will be denied.

If the consumer is within the geographical area, the consumer may bring the grill into the manufacturing office and the repairs will be fixed and corrected at no additional cost to the consumer. If the consumer is located out of the geographical location, Moss Grills will be responsible for arranging with a supplier close to the consumer address to resolve the issues that the consumer may have, Moss Grills will make the arrangements and cover the bill at no additional cost to the consumer. This warranty is useful to the purchaser only, and the consumer must have your original receipt, For more information on cancellation policies or returning items, warranty information please call a customer care support team representative at 619-608-8129.

What are the Terms Of Sale?

All Moss Grills are built to order upon receipt of payment. Order cancellations are refundable within 7-calendar days upon receipt of payment. After 7-Calendar days all sales are final.

There are no refunds for our Layaway program sales. Layaway purchases are excluded from refunds as they are final sales.
